Job summary

Azureon Company is seeking a Service Technician for the 2026 season to maintain multiple pools, test water chemistry, and perform routine maintenance. You will keep equipment in top condition, balance chemicals, and document readings along with photos to ensure safe, high-quality pool experiences.

Responsibilities include on-site service, safety compliance, and collaboration with the office on quotes for repairs.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of pool service experience.
• Valid and clean driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of pool water circulation and chemicals.
• Understanding of pool equipment operations and maintenance.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Dependability and adaptability to changing workloads.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, up to 75 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and health status of designated pools.
• Test and balance water chemistry; add sanitizers as needed.
• Clean pool surfaces and inspect/repair equipment.
• Maintain truck, equipment and tools.
• Provide pool safety analysis and equipment upgrade recommendations.
• Record services, chemical readings and dosages with before/after photos.
• Complete work orders and assist with quoting repairs when needed.
• Train coworkers or assistants as required.
