Azureon Company is seeking a Service Technician in the Alexandria, VA area to maintain pool health, test water chemistry, balance chemicals, and keep equipment in top condition across assigned properties.

You will perform detailed water analyses, perform winterizing procedures, train teammates, and record all activities with photos and readings. Requires 2+ years of pool service experience and a clean, valid driver’s license. This role involves physical work and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of pool service experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of pool water circulation and chemicals.
• Understand pool equipment operations and maintenance.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and care for your truck, equipment and tools.
• Replace worn parts to ensure smooth operation.
• Offer recommendations for equipment upgrades and finishes.
• Perform comprehensive water analysis and adjust chemicals.
• Identify repairs and assist with quoting.
• Identify pool leaks and coordinate repairs.
• Winterize pools to prevent freezing damage.
• Provide training for coworkers or assistants.
• Complete work orders with before/after photos and readings.
• Keep the truck organized and stocked.
• Follow safety procedures.
