Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join FirstChoice – Trinity Health's mobile staffing program. The role requires floating between hospitals in Southeast Michigan with night shifts and premium compensation.

This position focuses on flexibility, safety, and high-quality patient care within a regional health system. You will work a 12-hour night shift, with 3 shifts every 6 weeks, and opportunities to travel within the system.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• RN licensure in applicable state(s).
• 18 months recent Med Surg/Tele/PCU experience; 2+ years for other specialties.
• Credentials per specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, etc); BLS, ACLS, PALS via American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float across multiple hospital locations/regions.
• Provide professional nursing care following standards and processes.
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Maintain agility and take on new responsibilities.
