Job summary

Ben Bridge Jeweler in Seattle's University Village is hiring a full-time Luxury Watch Sales Specialist to deliver a premium customer experience. You will engage clients, recommend fine jewelry and watches, and contribute to a welcoming store atmosphere.

Ideal candidates have luxury or jewelry/watch sales experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset. Compensation includes $22.00–$24.00 per hour plus monthly bonuses, health benefits, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must have goal-oriented, sales-driven approach and outstanding customer service.
• Excellent listening and verbal/written communication in English.
• Flexible with work schedule including holidays.
• Minimum 2 years of retail selling or 3+ years of customer service with education.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Develop authentic customer relationships by assessing needs and recommending products.
• Build product knowledge and communicate features/benefits to customers.
• Maintain customer information and follow up with existing/potential clients.
• Inspect and advise on jewelry/timepiece repairs as needed.
