Job summary

Ben Bridge Jeweler, Inc. in University Village (Seattle) is seeking a full-time Sales Associate with luxury jewelry or watch sales experience. You will build relationships, present merchandise with enthusiasm, and work both independently and in a close-knit team.

Qualifications

• Goal oriented and sales driven with a passion to exceed.
• Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English.
• Bilingual is a plus but not required.
• Minimum of 2 years of selling experience in a retail environment; or 3+ years of customer service and education.

Responsibilities

• Develop authentic relationships with customers by assessing needs and making personalized recommendations.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and convey features and benefits to customers.
• Engage with existing and potential customers and maintain customer information.
• Inspect and clean jewelry and advise on repairs for jewelry and timepieces.
