Job summary

A leading luxury customer experience company is seeking a luxury brand evaluator to assess customer experiences across prestigious brands. As an evaluator, you will engage with luxury stores, provide feedback, and shape the future of luxury service. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older (21 years or older in the United States).
• Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
• Not currently under contract with any retail brands.

Responsibilities

• Choose your assignments and missions according to personal preferences.
• Evaluate customer experiences in luxury stores or online.
• Observe ambiance, service quality, and customer experience.
• Provide honest feedback via questionnaires.
