Job summary

FLIK, a division of Compass-USA, is seeking a passionate Floor Manager to help lead the team at the Premium AMEX Centurion Lounge at Miami International Airport. This role focuses on managing food service operations, driving guest satisfaction and upholding brand standards in a premium setting.

You will inspire and guide the team, oversee daily service quality, and partner with leadership to maintain financial performance and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of food service management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of team leadership experience.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, bars, VIP lounges, corporate dining, and/or related operations.
• ServSafe Certification is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assists with managing food service operations within the approved budget.
• Ensures high quality food, service and hospitality for the lounge clients and guests.
• Assists with hiring, training and development of lounge team members.
• Supports all functions of the lounge.
• Maintains excellent relationships with associates, guests, and clients.

FLIK, a division of Compass-USA, is seeking a passionate, people-focused Floor Manager to assist in leading the team at the Premium AMEX Centurion Lounge at the Miami International Airport.

As a FloorManager, you will be responsible for assisting with the overall management of food service operations, leading and inspiring the team, and keeping up with all corporate and brand standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists with managing food service operations in accordance with the approved budget while providing the client with the maximum value for the dollars spent.
• Ensures the food, service, and hospitality delivered to the client, customers, and associates of the AMEX Centurion Lounge is of superior quality.
• Assists with hiring, training, and development of all AMEX Centurion Lounge team members
• Supports all functions of the Lounge
• Maintains excellent relationships with associates, guests, and clients, as well as other departments within the operation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Flexible schedule/ Open availability is required - Opening, Closing & Weekends
• 2 to 4 years of food service management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of team leadership experience
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, bars, VIP lounges, corporate dining, and/or related food service operations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food.
• Financial experience and business acumen.
• ServSafe Certification is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the internet.
