Compass Group USA at Churchill Downs is hiring a Premium Logistics Pantry Coordinator for the Spring, Summer, and Fall Racing Meets. This seasonal, part-time role supports food/beverage distribution from pantry, inventories, and related duties.

You will work on a dynamic team at Churchill Downs, gain exposure to high-volume service during major racing meets, and enjoy flexible seasonal scheduling. Compass Group USA supports career development and an inclusive culture across 200 venues nationwide.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all food or beverage is distributed from pantry in a timely fashion.
• Maintains and performs product inventory.
• Understands menu offerings.
• Creates, modifies, or closes individual sale checks via electronic tablet.
• Adheres to all safety and sanitation policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Every year, on the first Saturday in May, over 150,000 of guests gather under the Twin Spires at Churchill Downs to create lifelong memories with their friends and family.

• Our September Racing Meet lasts from September 10th- September 27th and includes Twilight Thursday Racing and Downs After Dark
• Our Fall Racing Meet lasts from October 25th - November 29th and includes Thanksgiving and Black Friday
• Our Spring Racing Meet lasts from April 24th – June 27th and will include the Kentucky Oaks, the Kentucky Derby, and Downs After Dark
