Qualifications

Proven infant nanny experience with hands-on care.
Experience working with a stay-at-home parent preferred.
Must be legally eligible to work in the US.
Non-smoker; minimal phone use during work hours.
Willing to travel domestically and internationally with family.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide attentive, hands-on care for the infant, focusing on developmental milestones.
Maintain a structured daily routine for feeding, naps, and age-appropriate activities.
Engage in screen-free activities, storytelling, sensory play, and outdoor exploration.
Perform light housekeeping related to childcare.
Collaborate with the stay-at-home parent to support co-parenting.
Occasional evening or weekend babysitting with notice.
Travel with the family as needed and as agreed.
Respect household boundaries and privacy.
Communicate openly and be adaptable to family needs.
Overnight babysitting when required.
