Job summary

Austin Wood Recycling is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to safely run track loaders, wheel loaders, excavators and grinders in land clearing and mulch production. You will perform inspections, keep logs, and follow SOPs while on job sites or in company yards.

Qualifications

• Ability to work +/- 60 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive movements.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre/post service inspections on equipment.
• Safely operate track loaders, wheel loaders, excavators and grinders on job sites or yards.
• Complete daily service tasks and paperwork (inspections, work orders, logs).
• Report accidents and injuries promptly.
• Follow all SOPs and PPE guidelines.
