Job summary

Austin Wood Recycling in Texas is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to run track loaders, wheel loaders, excavators and grinders used in land clearing and mulch production. This role requires safe, professional equipment operation at all times.

Candidates must be able to work extended hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and pass PPE and safety requirements; reliability and attention to detail are essential for success in this hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work +/- 60 hours per week including Saturdays.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass PPE and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate track loaders, wheel loaders, excavators and grinders safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre/post service inspections on equipment.
• Complete daily service and paperwork (inspections, logs, work orders).
• Report accidents and injuries promptly.
• Follow standard operating procedures and processes.
