ARMStrongInsurance Services is a leading and trusted name in debt recovery and financial solutions, serving various industries for decades. We own and operate Altus Receivables Management, Brown & Joseph, Paragon, SubroIQ, and NEIS, each specializing in debt management and financial services.

NEIS, LLC, a leader in insurance audit and loss prevention since 1945, is seeking a Premium Auditor. This role involves examining the financial records of insured businesses to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, identifying fraud, and verifying adherence to policies. The position is remote with daily travel within your assigned territory, averaging 2-4 days per week.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct insurance premium audits for Workers Compensation, General Liability, and Automobile policies by reviewing policyholder records and applying company standards.
2. Prepare for audits by identifying necessary information and organizing schedules to optimize time.
3. Coordinate with insured clients via phone, email, and mail to set up appointments.
4. Examine records, gather data, and determine correct classifications, providing clear descriptions of operations.
5. Complete audit documentation, explain findings to insured clients, and communicate results to the home office.
6. Travel to multiple audit locations regularly.

Job Requirements:

1. Associate’s Degree or equivalent plus two years of premium auditing experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Ability to analyze financial documents.
3. Proficiency in PC applications including Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of Visual Audit is a plus.
4. Strong communication skills with customers and staff.
5. Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance options.

• Salary for experienced auditors: $46.00 - $48.00 per billable hour.
• Training stipend for inexperienced auditors: up to $750 weekly, plus mileage and bonuses; post-training pay is production-based, typically $44-46 per hour.

• 401(k) plan with company match and immediate vesting.
