As the parent company, ARMStrong owns and operates Altus Commercial Receivables, Brown & Joseph, Paragon, SubroIQ, and NEIS, each specializing in debt management and financial services.

NEIS, LLC has been a leader in insurance audit and loss prevention since 1945 and is seeking a Premium Auditor to join our growing team. The Premium Auditor examines the financial records of insured businesses to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, looking for fraud and adherence to policies. The role is primarily remote, with daily travel to audit locations within your territory, averaging 2-4 days per week.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct insurance premium audits for Workers' Compensation, General Liability, and Automobile policies by reviewing policyholders’ records and applying company standards.
• Prepare for audits by identifying necessary information and records.
• Create schedules to optimize time management.
• Coordinate with insured clients via phone, email, and mail to schedule appointments.
• Examine records, gather data, and describe operations accurately.
• Complete audit documentation, explain results to insured, and communicate findings to the home office.
• Travel to multiple audit locations weekly.

Job Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent plus two years’ experience in premium audits or related field preferred.
• Ability to analyze financial documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of Visual Audit is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Premium Auditor salary: $46.00 - $48.00 per billable hour.
• Inexperienced Auditor stipend: up to $750 weekly during training, plus mileage and bonuses. Post-training, pay shifts to production-based, typically $44-46/hour.
