Sun Hill is seeking a courteous Valet Attendant for a fast-paced hotel in Los Angeles. You will warmly greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and provide local recommendations while maintaining safety and efficiency.

This part-time position requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and exceptional customer service. You will work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a pay rate of $22.50 per hour and benefits including a 401(k) and employee travel

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous valet, hospitality, or customer service experience in a full-service hotel preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly and professionally on arrival and departure.
• Provide prompt valet service including opening doors and assisting with luggage.
• Offer directions, hotel information, and local recommendations.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns or escalate when appropriate.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and document findings, secure keys.
• Maintain a neat valet stand and coordinate vehicle flow during peak times.
• Communicate effectively with Front Desk, Bell Staff, Security, and Management.
