Job summary

You will work with the Experience Manager and the retail team to drive service sales and guest satisfaction while upholding Ulta’s standards.

You will stay current on trends, demonstrate products, support in-store events, and build lasting relationships with guests.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for haircutting, haircolor, lightening, styling, texture, treatment, extensions, makeup, brow services, and ear piercing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, and build clientele.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, haircuts, color, texture, hair treatments, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup applications, brow services, and ear piercing.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and productivity targets for hair services and contribute to store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Perform product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and guest service experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on new industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
