Job summary

Invited is seeking a Greenskeeper to maintain the golf course turf and landscapes, ensuring top-notch playability and aesthetics. You will perform mowing, irrigation, fertilization, androutine maintenance to uphold club standards.

Working outdoors, you will support course operations, assist in feature construction, and collaborate with the Equipment Manager or Superintendent to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Preferred knowledge in landscape management, greenhouse operations, or groundskeeping maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Mow greens, fairways, tees, and roughs to maintain height and playability.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides following the agronomy plan and safety guidelines.
• Water turf areas as needed and adjust irrigation systems to maintain optimal moisture.
• Monitor turf conditions and address pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies as needed.
• Operate powered equipment safely, including mowers, aerators, and sprayers.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and minor repairs to ensure proper function.
• Keep equipment clean, well-maintained, and stored properly.
• Maintain landscaping around the clubhouse, including flowerbeds, shrubs, and trees.
• Trim and prune trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth and aesthetics.
• Prepare soil beds, lay sod, and plant vegetation as directed.
• Keep all course areas free of debris and in good condition.
• Assist in constructing and maintaining new course features like greens, tees, and bunkers.
• Ensure daily tasks meet club standards and quality expectations.
