Job summary

WindRiver is a luxury lakefront and golf community seeking a friendly Golf Cart Attendant to support outside golf operations with the Pro Shop team. You will greet guests, assist with cart and driving range setup, and help maintain a welcoming guest experience.

Responsibilities include cart fleet maintenance, keeping areas clean, and supporting events while adhering to WindRiver policies. Must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and enjoy a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 1 year of general customer service experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally per WindRiver policies.
• Handle guest requests and refer issues to a supervisor when needed.
• Assist golf shop with tournament and event setup and cart prep.
• Follow opening/closing procedures for carts and driving range.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and WindRiver standards.
• Perform additional duties to support golf operations.
