Job summary

Eddie Merlot's is seeking a professional Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a fine dining environment in Pittsburgh. You will take orders, present menus, and coordinate with kitchen and bar while ensuring guest satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years of server experience, strong English communication, and a flexible, part-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A state liquor license is preferred or obtainable per local regulations.

Qualifications

• Two or more year’s experience as a Server; preferably in fine dining.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must read/communicate in English clearly and effectively.
• Must have state liquor license or be able to obtain per state regulations.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work calmly under pressure.
• Flexible, part-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, present menus, and communicate orders to kitchen and bar.
• Process payments and accurately present checks.
• Maintain station cleanliness and help team as needed.
• Greet guests, build rapport, and ensure a welcoming dining experience.
• Assist with reservations, guest flow, and event needs.
