Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Retail Experience required.
• Minimum of 4 years Retail Management Experience required.
• Candidates must be outgoing, energetic, professional and represent the REVOLVE brand.

Responsabilités

• Measure and monitor sales performance and take action to improve results.
• Own the store's operational execution to meet revenue targets and manage expenses.
• Drive the brand elevating client experience and act as a brand ambassador.
• Lead and train the store team to ensure consistent performance and visuals.
• Manage scheduling to balance payroll and coverage.
• Support inventory accuracy and loss prevention efforts.
