Sunglass Hut, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Florida to deliver standout customer service and build lasting client relationships while achieving sales targets.

You will maintain product knowledge on eyewear trends, assist customers in-store and online, and support with repairs and brand policies. A flexible schedule is required in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in retail sales, preferably eyewear or luxury.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build client relationships.
• Stay up-to-date on eyewear trends and product knowledge.
• Assist customers with brand policies, warranties and add-ons.
• Upsell and cross-sell to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Maintain clean, visually appealing store environments.
• Support omnichannel experiences across online and in-store channels.
• Assist with minor repairs and adjustments.
