Qualifications

• Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in a high-volume kitchen.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and guidelines.
• Capable of standing for long periods and repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Scrape and rinse dirty dishes; wash by hand or load into dishwashing machine; ensure cleanliness.
• Wash pots, pans and trays; maintain sanitation.
• Polish silverware using specified equipment; ensure cleanliness.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain proper temperatures and chemical levels.
• Keep dish area clean and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to uphold sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and manage waste disposal; hose or steam-clean cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist with loading/unloading supplies and products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
