Aramark Sports & Entertainment is seeking a Premium Director for Subaru Park in Chester, PA.

The Director of Premium Services is responsible for planning and leading the premium operations across multiple units within Subaru Park. This role oversees the Premium team, manages catering orders, premium special events, and is accountable for the department's budgets and financial goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate total premium operations, including event bookings, supervising teams, menu development, pricing, hiring, and administration.
• Manage all aspects of preparation, service, and cleanup for premium operations.
• Develop and implement premium dining solutions to meet customer needs.
• Build and maintain effective client and customer relationships.
• Create and execute an annual marketing plan for premium services, including collateral, sales strategies, and budgets.
• Establish service and presentation standards, ensuring compliance and consistency.
• Implement new services to support business growth and client retention.
• Stay informed on premium dining trends and advise clients, customers, and staff accordingly.
• Facilitate food delivery from banquet event orders.
• Participate in sales processes, contract negotiations, and event planning assistance.
• Train and lead staff to ensure standards are maintained.
• Set and achieve sales, food, and labor targets.
• Manage execution of hospitality events, including staffing and management.
• Handle accounting functions related to premium revenue, expenses, and receivables.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, occupational, and environmental policies.
