The ideal candidate has 4+ years in upscale dining, 2+ years in supervisory roles, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Food Handler Card/Serve Safe (or ability to obtain).
• 4+ years of full-cycle food service in upscale dining.
• 2+ years supervisory or front-of-house/dining room management.
• Experience in senior living is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player with proven leadership.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all front-of-house dining room staff.
• Ensure resident satisfaction with a top-notch dining experience.
• Train dining room staff and servers.
• Prepare weekly schedules and maintain budget controls.
• Oversee seating, events, and inventory of dining room supplies.
• Address resident feedback and maintain compliance with health standards.
• Cover shifts due to call-offs and ensure smooth service.
