7 For All Mankind is seeking a Part-Time Stylist in Austin to join our team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will introduce our customers to premium denim, style clients, and contribute to the store’s success through selling and engagement with the brand culture.

The role requires a passion for the brand, strong communication, and the ability to work weekend and night shifts as needed in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and/or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and engagement skills.
• Able to meet performance expectations.
• Cash handling procedures and POS operation familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Achieves individual sales goals and contributes to the overall store success.
• Delivers exceptional customer experiences by styling and wardrobing customers based on their needs.
• Represents the brand in all interactions with customers and peers.
• Builds client relationships and generates excitement about the product through outreach.
• Supports store operations, merchandising, and stock replenishment as needed.
