7 For All Mankind is seeking a part-time Stylist to join our premium denim brand in a customer-centric role. As a Stylist, you will engage customers, style wardrobes, and contribute to a high-touch shopping experience that reflects our premium denim positioning.

You will support the store team, drive sales, and maintain an organized, visually appealing environment while working flexible hours including weekends and evenings as required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail.
• Weekend and night shifts required.
• Standing for the duration of shifts and ability to lift light to medium loads.

Responsibilities

• Achieves individual sales goals and contributes to store success.
• Delivers exceptional customer experiences by styling and advising customers.
• Represents the brand in all interactions with customers and peers.
• Builds client relationships and drives product excitement through outreach.
• Assists with store operations including stock replenishment and merchandising setup.
• Maintains a neat, clean, and well-presented store environment.
• Supports scheduling needs and represents the brand with enthusiasm.
