Job summary

7 For All Mankind in Allen, TX seeks a Sales Supervisor to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will lead the team, coach associates, and ensure brand standards are met.

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, delivering outstanding service, assisting with training, scheduling, and payroll as needed, and representing the brand with integrity. This is a full-time role requiring weekend and night availability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail.
• At least 1 year of supervisor experience in a retail setting.
• Ability to lead and coach a team while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to store success by meeting overall and individual sales goals.
• Delivers exceptional customer experiences and guides styling decisions.
• Sets the example for customer engagement that exceeds standards.
• Builds client relationships and drives store sales with brand excitement.
• Assists with training, coaching, developing and motivating associates.
• Leads the team in absence of managers; communicates store policies and culture.
• Assists with payroll and ensures payroll goals are met within guidelines.
• Supports directives from Visual Merchandising and Marketing; meets deadlines.
• Communicates with managers about employee relations and development goals.
• Represents the brand and ensures team embodies brand in every interaction.
• Ensures Loss Prevention policies are followed; assists with audits and inventories.
