Qualifications
- Experience in concrete coatings or polishing preferred.
- Ability to operate grinders and related equipment.
- Physical stamina for extended lifting and standing.
Responsibilities
- Prepare concrete surfaces by grinding, shot blasting, and profiling.
- Apply epoxy, polyurea, polyaspartic coatings.
- Polishing and densifying using industrial grinding equipment.
- Install decorative floor systems like flake broadcast and metallic epoxy.
- Operate and maintain surface prep and polishing equipment.
- Ensure quality control at every phase of installation.
- Communicate professionally with clients on job sites and represent the company.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times.
