Qualifications

• Prior experience in concrete coatings, polishing, flooring installation, or a related trade preferred but not nessecary.
• Ability to operate surface grinders and related equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results.
• Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Prepare concrete surfaces through grinding, shot blasting, and surface profiling prior to coating or polishing.
• Apply epoxy, polyurea, polyaspartic, and other decorative concrete coatings.
• Perform concrete polishing and densifying using industrial grinding equipment.
• Install flake broadcast systems, metallic epoxy, and other decorative floor systems.
• Operate and maintain surface preparation and polishing equipment.
• Ensure quality control throughout each phase of installation.
• Communicate professionally with clients on job sites and represent the company with integrity.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times.
