Job summary

Oak View Group in Wichita, KS, is seeking a Concessions Manager to lead concessions operations for large-scale events. You will supervise part-time and full-time staff, manage inventory and cash controls, ensure compliance with alcohol service policies, and coordinate training and safety standards across all concession locations.

The role requires 3–5+ years in concessions or F&B management, an associate degree, and strong proficiency with POS systems and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years’ experience in concessions management or related food & beverage operations.
• Associate’s degree or higher in Culinary/Business Management required.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor concessions staff across events.
• Oversee inventory, product ordering, and cash handling.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service policies and safety.
• Coordinate pre‑event setup and post‑event reconciliation.
• Provide ongoing training and supervision to staff and volunteers.
