This project-based opportunity offers well-scoped work, continued collaboration, and long-term partnership potential for capable crews.
Contractors must provide licensing, insurance, and professional-grade equipment, and demonstrate reliable, safety-focused execution.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial roofing (required).
- Proper licensing for commercial roofing work (as applicable).
- General liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage.
- Ability to assess, quote, and execute projects independently.
- Professional-grade equipment and crew.
- Strong communication and reliability.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and timelines.
Responsabilités
- Deliver high-quality commercial roofing services in active client environments.
- Perform roof inspections, leak detection, and preventative maintenance.
- Execute partial or full roof replacements and manage documentation.
- Produce clear reporting, photos, and scope verification.
- Coordinate with clients and City Wide Facility Solutions on scope and timelines.
