Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and seat them at the bar in a friendly manner.
• Present drink menus, answer questions, take orders and upsell.
• Prepare cocktails and beer for dining room and bar per standard recipes.
• Record drink orders accurately into the POS system.
• Accept payments and handle transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock bar inventory as needed.
• Provide gracious, professional service and respond promptly to requests.
