Job summary

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Commission.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve a wide variety of drinks according to recipes.
• Greet guests, take orders, and provide recommendations for drinks and specials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area with glassware and garnishes.
• Monitor bar inventory and assist with ordering to prevent shortages.
• Process payments and balance cash at shift end; handle discrepancies.
