Position Title: Premium Club Food Runner

Pay Range: $15/hr + Tip Eligible

Event based Schedule: MLB Season

Join our dynamic team at Chase Field as a Premium Clubs Food Runner and contribute to the exceptional guest experience in our premium seating areas. As a Food Runner, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality food and service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable time during events at the ballpark.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner; ensure a welcoming atmosphere at all times.
2. Provide exceptional, friendly, and courteous service to guests throughout the event.
3. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of menu and available products.
4. Deliver and serve food and beverages; ensure correct placement of dishes and quality meets Levy Core Signature standard.
5. Communicate special requests, allergens, or modifications to appropriate kitchen or serving staff.
6. Assist servers by refilling water glasses, bussing tables, and providing additional support as needed.
7. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked food running station and service areas.
8. Ensure work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety and sanitation requirements.
9. Complete opening and closing duties including cleaning tasks, setup, preparation in assigned area, daily and monthly inventory.
10. Maintain a thorough understanding of restaurant and table numbers to ensure efficient service.
11. Collaborate with FOH and BOH team to promote a positive environment, smooth operations, and timely service.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

1. Excellent customer service skills; ability to interact professionally and effectively.
2. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
3. Knowledge of food safety regulations, best practices, and sanitation requirements.
4. This position may require valid certifications: ServSafe Food Certification, ServSafe Alcohol Certification, and Maricopa County approved Food Handler certification.
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for stadium events.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in the restaurant and/or sports entertainment industry.

Physical Demands:

1. Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, ranging from 6-12 hours, during events or as required by operational demands.
2. Must be able to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, ascending/descending stairs, as necessary.
3. Exposure to heat, steam, and cold temperatures within the kitchen environment.
4. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
5. Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel as needed.
