Job Summary

Join the Premium Clubs Team at Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks, and deliver excellent service during exciting events. If passionate about hospitality in a dynamic environment, this is your chance to make memorable experiences for guests.

Responsibilities

1. Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
2. Provide exceptional, friendly, and courteous service.
3. Adhere to alcohol service regulations.
4. Verify and retrieve food orders, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
5. Stock and prepare bar areas with all necessary products.
6. Maintain freshness and quality of garnishes and perishables.
7. Communicate special requests or allergies to kitchen or service staff.
8. Distribute menus, present specials, and answer questions.
9. Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
10. Maintain knowledge of menu and products.
11. Process payments accurately, following cash handling policies.
12. Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
13. Complete logs and inventory checks daily.
14. Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning and setup.
15. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
16. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

1. Excellent customer service and professional interaction skills.
2. Proficient in mixology and knowledge of drink recipes and garnishes.
3. Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
4. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
5. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and regulations.
6. Valid certifications such as ServSafe Food and Alcohol, and Maricopa County Food Handler, may be required.
7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays for stadium events.

Qualifications

1. Experience in restaurant or sports entertainment industry preferred.
2. At least 2 years of bartender experience preferred.

Physical Demands

1. Ability to stand and walk for 6-12 hours during events.
2. Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
3. Work in environments with heat, steam, and cold temperatures.
4. Bend, stoop, and kneel as needed.
