Job Summary

Sets and clears restaurant tables, stocks service stations, and assists food servers with table service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Quickly clears dirty table settings and prepares tables for resetting, ensuring all serviceware is reset as prescribed.
2. Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations, including silverware, linens, condiments, and cleaning booths, chairs, and floors.
3. Serves guests beverages, breads, and butter, and assists with food and beverage service.
4. Transports dirty tableware to the dishwashing area.
5. Performs cleaning tasks using standard products as assigned.
6. Folds napkins throughout the day to maintain supply.
7. Replenishes condiments and restocks side stands as part of side work.
8. Handles additional duties such as cleaning spills, guest requests, and seating guests.
