Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage all Bars, Loge, Club Seats, and other beverage areas.
• Hire, train, and direct quality bartenders and servers.
• Monitor food and alcohol costs while ensuring quality control.
• Create and implement training materials for the team.
• Assure compliance with state laws and health codes.
