Qualifications

• Previous banquet operations management experience in a hotel, resort, country club, or high-volume venue.
• Proven leadership to motivate and train staff.
• Strong knowledge of banquet service standards, event setup, and F&B service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all banquet operations from setup to breakdown.
• Lead, train, schedule, and motivate banquet staff.
• Review BEOs to ensure accurate communication and execution.
• Coordinate with Sales, Catering, F&B, and culinary teams.
• Monitor staffing and labor costs.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest service.
• Conduct pre-event briefings and communicate requirements.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies.
• Enforce policies and safety procedures.
• Own event execution and accountability.
