Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking an enthusiastic Carpentry Installer to join our team. You will install custom closets and cabinets at customer homes, following drawings and using hand and power tools safely under guidance from lead carpenters.

This role emphasizes reliability, punctuality, and strong communication while maintaining organization and safety on the job site. We offer health insurance and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, plus paid time off to support a healthy work–life

Qualifications

• Customer oriented, friendly and enthusiastic.
• Reliable and punctual with good work ethic.
• Possess and maintain current driver's license; good driving record.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong personal organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Install custom closets and cabinets at customer homes.
• Follow basic drawings or instructions to assist with setup.
• Use hand and power tools safely (training provided).
• Measure, cut, and fit materials with guidance from lead carpenter.
• Keep job sites clean and organized during and after installation.
