Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• HS diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Strong product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and engage with a smile to provide exceptional service.
• Recommend merchandise and promote in-house brands.
• Maintain neat and orderly sales floor and restock as needed.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions.
• Prepare promotional events and set up displays.
• Maintain price tags and stock levels.
• Follow safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
• Use RF scanners and computers accurately.
