iAnthus Capital Management is seeking a Packager for our Citiva facility in Warwick, NY. You will play a critical role in final product preparation, including weighing, sealing and labeling to meet high quality standards and regulatory compliance.

The position requires 21+ years old, a HS diploma, reliability, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. You will work in a regulated environment with team collaboration and flexible scheduling as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old (18+ in NY).
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of state cannabis laws and regulatory compliance is non-negotiable.
• Reliability with meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in written and oral communication; computer-savvy and quick to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Package concentrates and flower products, ensuring correct weight and quality.
• Apply labels and verify compliance with state regulations.
• Track products and maintain documentation per guidelines.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, sanitation and safety.
• Collaborate with Lead or Manager and participate in team meetings and training.
