Job summary

The Beauty Tech Group in New York is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our CurrentBody pop-up at Belmont Village. You will own daily performance, drive sales against KPIs, and build a small, high-performing retail team in a premium beauty tech setting.

You will educate customers on beauty tech, deliver a premium, consultative experience, and manage store operations, inventory, and cross-functional partnerships with our corporate teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader in premium beauty retail.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales performance.
• Experience delivering a consultative, education-led customer experience.
• Highly organized, hands-on, and able to lead a small team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day performance of the pop-up and drive sales against KPIs.
• Lead, coach, and develop a small, high-performing retail team.
• Deliver a premium, consultative customer experience educating shoppers on beauty tech.
• Bring the CurrentBody brand to life in-store through storytelling, product demos, and activations.
• Lead product launches and in-store campaigns with strong execution.
• Manage customer flow and maintain high service standards.
• Oversee store operations, including inventory management, compliance, and reporting.
• Act as the key point of contact for the pop-up, partnering with corporate teams.
