Job summary

The Beauty Tech Group is seeking a commercially minded Keyholder to support the leadership of our Belmont Village pop-up in the New York area. This role is part of launching our first physical retail space for a clinically-backed, digitally native beauty tech brand in a premium environment.

You will drive sales, mentor Sales Associates, and ensure a premium customer experience, while coordinating store operations and demonstrations that bring the brand to life.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior sales or supervisor/keyholder role within premium retail.
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence driving sales.
• Passion for beauty, skincare, or beauty tech.
• Confident delivering a consultative, education led experience.
• Reliable, hands-on, and comfortable taking ownership of store operations.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the day to day running of the pop-up and step up in the Store Manager's absence
• Drive sales on the shop floor, delivering against individual and store targets
• Deliver a premium, consultative customer experience, educating customers on beauty tech
• Lead by example and support the coaching of Sales Associates
• Open and close the store, ensuring operational excellence and compliance
• Support inventory management, visual merchandising, and in-store execution
• Bring the brand to life through demonstrations, storytelling, and customer engagement
