Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology or demonstrator license may be required by state law.
• Demonstrates strong sales, product knowledge and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in selecting merchandise and perform makeup applications.
• Meet or exceed Clinique brand sales goals and contribute to store targets.
• Book appointments and support in-store events enhancing guest experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness, replenishment and display standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with guests and loyalty program members.
• Adhere to policies and brand dress code; provide exceptional service.
