Job summary
American Home Design is seeking experienced bath installers and installation crews to complete bath and shower remodeling projects throughout Nashville and Middle Tennessee. This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity with $100K+ annual earning potential and weekly payments for completed work.

Qualifications
- Experience with bath/shower remodeling or similar residential construction.
- Acrylic bath/shower installation experience is a plus.
- Strong remodeling and construction skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to measure, cut, assemble and install accurately.
- Professional customer communication and jobsite conduct.
- Reliable vehicle and necessary tools; two-person crews preferred.
Responsibilities
- Install bath and shower remodeling systems.
- Perform tub-to-shower conversions and replacements.
- Ensure high quality craftsmanship and on-time project completion.
- Communicate with customers and manage jobsite safety.
