Premium Bartender - State Farm Arena/Levy Restaurants

Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour + tips.

Schedule: Part-time, event-based schedule. Must be able to work nights and weekends.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years' experience in a similar setting. They should have an outgoing personality, the ability to interact with high-profile guests, and remain professional and dedicated to providing an exceptional experience. Effective communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make decisions with minimal guidance are essential.

Job Summary

Summary: The Concessions Bartender is responsible for excellent communication skills and serving cocktails to guests. They greet customers, answer questions, recommend menu items, and keep the bar area clean.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Adhere to liquor laws regarding serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Verify amounts on the stand sheet to count the bar stock.
• Set up assigned bars, requisition and stock all necessary supplies.
• Maintain stock, prepare garnishes, juices, and perishables to ensure quality.
• Greet guests courteously and friendly.
• Take and process drink orders; mix, garnish, and present drinks following standard recipes.
• Check IDs for guests.
• Detect and act upon guest intoxication as trained; demonstrate liquor law knowledge.
• Encourage safe drinking and transportation methods to limit problems.
• Complete Alcohol Incident Log when service is denied.
• Perform cleaning tasks to meet health standards and keep the work area organized.
• Arrange bottles and glasses attractively; sterilize stemware.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
