Job summary

Napa Valley Wine Train invites a personable Bartender to join our iconic, historic train team in Napa Valley. You will craft cocktails, pour wine, and deliver attentive guest service during all Wine Train experiences, with a special emphasis on the Santa Train season.

Bring your knowledge of beverages, strong communication, and teamwork to our premium service environment. Evening and weekend availability is required, and prior bartending or beverage-service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Evening and weekend availability.
• 1 year of bartending or restaurant/beverage-service experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine preferred.
• Wine knowledge and Napa Valley history knowledge preferred.
• Ability to provide polished, engaging guest service.
• Ability to multitask and listen actively.

Responsibilities

• Provide beverage service aboard the Wine Train with flair and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and assist servers for seamless service.
• Offer classic cocktails, wine service, and seasonal offerings to guests.
• Contribute to a festive, welcoming atmosphere during Santa Train season.
