Job Summary

Prepares and serves beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner. Essential duties include:

1. Adhering to liquor laws regarding minors and intoxicated guests.
2. Setting up bars and stocking all necessary supplies.
3. Maintaining stock and preparing garnishes and perishables.
4. Greeting guests courteously.
5. Taking and processing drink orders, mixing drinks, and practicing portion control.
6. Checking IDs and detecting guest intoxication.
7. Handling cash, verifying charges, and recording transactions.
8. Securing beverages, cash, and equipment.
9. Maintaining cleanliness and organization.
10. Arranging bottles and glasses attractively.
11. Washing and sterilizing stemware.
12. Performing additional duties as assigned.
