Responsibilities

• Mix and serve beverages for bar guests.
• Set-up and break down the bar daily.
• Ensure bar is fully stocked and check inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area.
• Comply with all liquor regulations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Assist in running food from the kitchen.
• Serve tables when needed.
• Present accurate checks and collect payments.
