Arbella is hiring a Premium Audit professional to perform voluntary audits on commercial lines, ensuring accurate payroll, classifications, and exposures. The role emphasizes timely communication with insureds and underwriters, maintaining confidentiality, and providing strong customer service.

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years in financial roles and a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and flexible schedules.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 1–5 years of business experience in financial roles; Premium Audit/Commercial Lines knowledge preferred.
• Excellent MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong math and business writing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review voluntary audits by examining payroll, subcontracted work, receipts and tax records to determine GL/WC exposure.
• Communicate with insureds by email/phone when additional information is needed; ensure timely risk classification.
• Maintain high level of customer service and confidentiality; document changes in policy systems.
• Respond to inquiries within 48 hours; assist with audit disputes and reassignments as needed.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to streamline audit processes and quality.
