Job Responsibilities

• Meet with clients onsite, virtually, or via phone to conduct premium audits, usually at the end of the policy period.
• Review business operations and financial records such as payroll, sales, and costs.
• Verify class codes as per industry and client standards.
• Schedule appointments, submit reports via our web portal and exclusive software.
• Communicate with clients through phone, email, and face-to-face discussions.
• Examine payroll and tax records of commercial businesses.
• Evaluate operational practices and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the specified geographic area.
• Accounting or bookkeeping experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Numbers-oriented with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and deductive reasoning skills.
• No prior premium audit experience necessary; training provided.
